Platform Feature Highlight: Chat Integration

Across our platform, you have the ability to integrate different third-party services onto your website. 

Online chat allows your patients to message your office directly from your website and is available through multiple third-party companies. Typically, chat widgets will appear in the bottom right corner on both desktop and mobile devices.

Please note that since we are just integrating your third-party chat widget, not creating it, we do not have control over the styling. For example, we cannot adjust the font, color, placement, etc., as that is determined by the code provided by your chat company.

Once you have signed on with your chat company, integrating it into your GDW website is simple. The first step is to locate the widget code from your chat company. They should provide this to you after you sign on. 

How to Add a Chat Integration to Your Site

To add that widget code to your site, you will first log into your site

Navigate to the Site Configuration section of the toolbar on the left-hand side:

Select Page Content:

Select the Code Tab and Click "Edit"

This is where you will paste in the snippet from your online chat provider:
