The Account Coordinator will be responsible for ongoing communication with our clients. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of SEO, Paid Search, and marketing strategy. Our clients look to us to walk them through these processes, answer their questions, and advise them on best practices. This position reports to the Director of Account Services.


EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualified candidates will be self-motivated and have a positive attitude. You must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • 1-2 years experience with agency, digital marketing and/or account management
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with dental, or medical fields a major plus
  • Experience in customer service

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to drive revenue and grow assigned accounts
  • Collaborate with creative and other departments to ensure delivery of great work
  • Achieve client’s marketing goals
  • Ensuring profitability and efficiency while utilizing company resources
  • Dedicated proactive monthly communication with clients through monthly meetings and calls
  • Send out monthly reports
  • Work with team to provide relevant recommendations and advice for our clients
  • Reviewing performance of assigned accounts on a consistent basis
  • Responding to phone and email communication from clients in a timely, professional manner
  • Advocate for and problem solve for clients
  • Educate clients on effective marketing strategy/best practices
  • Work with our internal team to complete client requests
  • Upselling clients with needed, relevant services
  • Keep up to date on best marketing practices including SEO guidelines
  • Keep clients happy

SKILLS INCLUDE:

  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills

We are currently seeking an SEO Analyst to maintain a client load comprised of dental practices. The right person is organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in white hat SEO tactics.

We’ve helped almost 700 dental practices market themselves online, with services ranging from simple websites to full-service, ongoing marketing. Great Dental Websites has tripled its staff and doubled revenue in the last year, and we don’t see any signs of slowing down. As we continue to grow, we are looking to add new staff to our team to ensure that all clients are receiving the same level of attention as when we had our very first few.

The right candidate would be joining a group of intelligent, hard-working professionals. The group operates as a team, so you must be willing and able to lend a hand when needed, offer proactive ideas to improve the functionality and processes, and take feedback and suggestions from other members and company leadership team. Qualified candidates will be self-motivated with a positive attitude and constantly focusing on scalability and growth. You are constantly thinking of ways to ethically stay ahead of changes with search engines and monitoring the performance of the team to ensure they are acting in the best interest of our clients.

This is a full time, salaried position. The SEO Analyst would report to the SEO Manager.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to successfully manage ongoing SEO campaigns
  • 2-3 years of full-time SEO experience focusing on local businesses
  • Qualified candidates will be self-motivated and have a positive attitude. You must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Experience with dental or medical fields a major plus

SKILLS INCLUDE:

  • Strong knowledge of Google Applications (Gmail, Drive, Analytics, Webmaster tools, etc)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with Facebook, Twitter, and other Social Media outlets
  • Willingness to learn new skills and implement them quickly
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS)

DAILY DUTIES:

  • Staying up to date with trends and changes in SEO
  • Planning strategic campaigns for clients
  • Website research, including backlinks analysis, competitive analysis, etc
  • Giving recommendations for clients to improve performance
  • Identify improvements for process and software

GROWTH:

The right SEO Analyst would eventually grow into a supervisory position, mentoring and helping junior SEOs and interns with their clients.

Great Dental Websites values ongoing education and professional development. We encourage all staff, regardless of their position, to take on a side project in an area that interests them. Using company time, current employees have created new services and products, spent time educating themselves on the industry (through internet resources/courses), and cross training into other departments.

In the past, we have also sent employees to conferences and lectures in NYC, Seattle, Las Vegas, San Diego, and Breckenridge. We also have ongoing monthly lunch and learns, keeping everyone involved in industry trends and updates.
