Our Process - How we'll create a Great Dental Website just for you
Getting to know you
We want to know all about you. We'll collect bios for you and your staff and spruce them up as needed. We'll listen to you explain your practice philosophy, and how you do business so we can convey this properly to patients online. We want to be able to replicate the experience as much as possible that you would give to a potential new patient sitting in your office learning about the dental health benefits that you can provide them with. Additionally, we'll need to know things like:
- All the services and procedures you provide\
- Which are most important (or profitable) to you
- Where your patients come from
- Who your patients are
- Who your competition is
- Insurance info, billing policies, and general items like that
- Office information, location, phone/fax/email/etc
- Common questions patients ask you
Creating The Content
Our copywriting will develop custom copy, from scratch, just for your practice. We never recycle the same old boiler plate copy from other dental websites, everything we write is as unique as you are. Based on your practice philosophy, goals, and patient base - we'll develop copy designed to appeal to your patients and present you dental practice in the best possible light.
Filling in the Blanks
We'll need a little help from you too. Pictures of your finest work for a before & after smile gallery, headshots for the staff bios.
Applying the Finishing Touches
After we're finished, you'll review every page on the site to make sure it looks great. If something does not meet your satisfaction, we'll change it until it does.
Launch Day
