All of our customers' sites are backed up multiple times per day by multiple backup devices (just in case!) stored in multiple locations. Our servers are located in the relatively small city of Walla Walla, Washington. The city of Walla Walla sits right at the base of the Blue Mountain range, and is ideal because of its low risk for natural disasters. Walla Walla is not subject to hurricanes, tornadoes, wildfires, volcanoes, or similar natural occurances that could jeopordize the safety of your data. Redundant power backup systems help ensure maximum uptime.
